Material system
No glue, no stitching, no assembly line. Each material is printed into the next, so the shoe is soft where you need give and rigid where you need hold.
ComfortTPUThe lattice that touches your foot. TPU flexes and rebounds thousands of times a day, so pressure is distributed instead of concentrated — no break-in period, no hot spots.
StructurePLAThe architecture. A rigid, plant-derived polymer forms the heel column and shank, holding the arch line exactly where your scan says it should sit — even at height.
WearabilityBIOThe surface. A soft-touch, low-friction skin sealed over the print — it resists abrasion at the collar and toe box, where a shoe usually starts to fail first.
